1. Donation and Tax Disclaimer This clause clarifies that donations made are non-refundable and outlines the rules regarding tax exemptions. We pledge to utilize donation funds solely for animal welfare activities."
2. Rescue and Rehabilitation Disclaimer It is not always possible for an NGO to rescue every animal or respond to every call.
3. Adoption and Foster Disclaimer If an individual adopts a dog, cat, or any other animal from the NGO, the NGO is not liable for any issues that arise subsequently. Example: "The NGO shall not be held liable for the animal's health, behavior, or any damage caused by the animal after adoption. The adopter assumes full responsibility for the animal."
Terms & Conditions - the basics
1. Abandoned dogs in our organization can be adopted, for which no charge will be taken by the organization, only voluntary donations are accepted and along with that, the terms and conditions paper agreement formality in the adoption formality is absolutely mandatory, which mentions that the adopter will be fully responsible for the adopted animal, along with that, if any kind of illegal activity is done with the animal or harm it, then legal action will be taken against him by the organization. It will be mandatory to provide registration proof of the adopter.
